One of our consultants led the creation of a wellbeing and engagement ecosystem inside a global technology company. The ambition was clear: prove that employee wellbeing can be more than a benefits line – it can be a cultural engine.

Challenge

Employee belonging and wellbeing had become fragmented across hybrid teams, with rising turnover and pressure to prove the EVP in action.

Solution

We launched an employee-led Wellbeing Community Ecosystem – 12 clubs, 21 challenges, 660+ sessions – with budgets, leaders, and recognition to make wellbeing social and sustainable.

Result

Within a year, participation hit 53%, eNPS jumped 11 points, turnover dropped 10 points, and referrals doubled – securing Gold at the Employer Brand Management Awards.

The award was not just a recognition. It elevated the company’s employer brand on a global stage. It positioned the organisation as a top-5 employer in its sector, opened new speaking opportunities, and showcased how employee-led wellbeing can power business results.
