Cookies Policy

‍

‍

Last updated: 01 October 2025

This Cookies Policy explains how Turn Heads Global Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.turnheads.global (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

‍

1) Who we are

Controller: Turn Heads Global Ltd
Company number: 16537569
Registered office: 15 Foxfield Close, Northwood, England, HA6 3NU
Contact: pr@turnheads.global

    ‍
2) What are cookies and similar technologies?

“Cookies” are small text files placed on your device that store information about your visit. We also use pixels, tags, local storage, and SDKs (together, “cookies”). Cookies can be session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remain until they expire or you delete them).

‍

3) How we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • keep the Site working securely and smoothly (e.g., security, payments, scheduling),
  • understand how the Site is used and improve performance, and
  • (if you allow) measure and personalise ads.

We never place non-essential cookies (analytics or advertising) until you say yes in our banner. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings.

We may introduce or remove cookies at any time as we update our services, without prior notice. We will update this Policy and the CookieYes manager accordingly.

‍

4) Legal basis

Under PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and UK GDPR:

  • Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent – we rely on legitimate interests to provide a secure, functioning Site.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies require your consent.

We log your cookie choices using CookieYes and will re-ask every 6 months or sooner if our cookie set changes. We rely on CookieYes to maintain records of consent and accept no liability for technical errors or omissions in those logs beyond our reasonable control.

‍

5) Your choices
  • On your first visit we show a friendly banner with “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” and “Manage settings” buttons, all easy to spot.
  • You can change or withdraw consent anytime via Cookie Settings.
  • You may also block or delete cookies in your browser, though some features may not work.

If you disable or reject certain cookies, some or all of our Site’s features (including checkout, scheduling, or secure login) may become unavailable. We accept no liability for reduced Site performance where cookies are disabled.

‍

6) Cookies we use

Our exact cookie list is always available in the CookieYes Settings panel. Typical use includes:

‍

A) Strictly necessary (no consent required)

Make the Site work, prevent fraud, handle checkout/scheduling, and remember your cookie choices.

  • Webflow platform – essential operational cookies (session management, load balancing, consent storage).
  • Stripe – fraud prevention and secure payments (e.g., __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid).
  • Calendly – scheduling session cookie (e.g., _calendly_session).
  • Consent manager – remembers your preferences (e.g., cookieyes-consent).

‍

B) Analytics & measurement (consent)

Help us understand how visitors use the Site. We configure GA4 with IP masking enabled and Google Signals off by default.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – first-party cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_<container-id>, _gid).

‍

C) Advertising & remarketing (consent)

Used to measure campaign performance and (if you allow) to show ads. By default these are off until you opt in.

  • Google Ads / Conversion Linker – (e.g., _gcl_au, _gcl_aw).
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel – (e.g., _fbp, fr).
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag – (e.g., bcookie, bscookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory, li_gc).

‍

Typical retention: from session up to 13 months. Retention periods are determined by the third-party providers and are outside our control. We make no warranty as to their accuracy or ongoing compliance. Third-party providers may also set additional cookies beyond our control when you interact with their content or pixels. See their policies for details. We are not responsible for cookies placed by third parties beyond those we disclose or for their independent data processing practices.

‍

7) Manage or withdraw your consent
  • Open Cookie Settings in the banner (or via the CookieYes floating icon) anytime to change your preferences.
  • You can also clear cookies in your browser (see Section 9).
  • Withdrawing consent does not affect processing based on consent before withdrawal.

‍

8) Third-party cookies and transfers

Some cookies are set by third parties (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Stripe, Calendly). These providers may process data outside the UK. When personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs) as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

‍

9) Browser controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Instructions are usually under Settings > Privacy. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the Site (like checkout or scheduling) from working.

We are not responsible for the security of your device, browser, or internet connection when you manage cookies locally.

‍

10) Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our cookies or practices change. Please check the “Last updated” date above.

‍

11) Contact

Questions about cookies? Email pr@turnheads.global.

‍

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

This Cookies Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
