Related policies: our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Terms & Conditions of Sale (for purchases made in our Store). If there is any conflict, the Terms & Conditions of Sale govern your purchases, while these Terms govern general Site use.

    ‍
2) Changes to these Terms and to the Site

We may update these Terms and the Site from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services or operational needs. Changes are effective when posted here. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content, will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or up-to-date. We may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business and operational reasons without notice. We disclaim liability for any downtime, errors, or omissions.

‍

3) Eligibility & your responsibilities

You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Site through your internet connection is aware of, and complies with, these Terms and our policies. You must keep your device, operating system, and browser secure and up to date.

‍

4) No reliance on information (not professional advice)

The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice (including legal, financial, tax or professional communications advice) on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on content on the Site.

Testimonials, reviews, or case studies on the Site or quoted from platforms such as LinkedIn represent individual experiences only and do not guarantee similar outcomes. We disclaim liability for reliance on such content.

‍

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any unlawful way or for unlawful purpose;
  • copy, scrape, harvest, crawl or cache content or personal data from the Site;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • test or breach security, probe, scan or overload infrastructure, or introduce malware;
  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to disrupt any user, host or network;
  • upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • use automated systems or software (bots, spiders) to access or use the Site without our prior written permission.

We may cooperate with law enforcement and third parties to investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. We also reserve the right to set reasonable technical limits (such as request rate caps or bandwidth restrictions) and take automated measures to protect the Site. Circumventing these limits is prohibited.

‍

6) Intellectual property rights and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, we (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including text, images, graphics, videos, templates, downloads and the Turn Heads Global brand). All rights are reserved.

You may view, print and make one copy for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove any proprietary notices. You must not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

You must not use our name, logos, trade marks or brand assets without our express written permission, except where permitted under fair use or in an authorised press/media kit supplied by us on request.

If you purchase digital content (e.g., guides, lectures, affirmation cards) in our Store, your rights to use that content are governed by the Terms & Conditions of Sale and any licence terms presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, digital content is licensed for single-user, non-transferable, non-commercial use only. You must not resell, redistribute, or make available our digital content to others.

‍

7) Reviews and testimonials

We may publish reviews, testimonials, endorsements, case studies, or recommendations relating to our services or to the professional reputation of our consultants. These may include statements provided directly to us in communications with clients, colleagues, or former colleagues, as well as content made publicly available on third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn).

When quoting or displaying such content, we will provide attribution where appropriate and in accordance with the policies of the relevant platform. We may edit testimonials or endorsements for length, clarity, or style, provided such edits do not materially alter the intended meaning.

Testimonials, endorsements, case studies, and reviews represent the personal experiences and opinions of individuals. They are provided for illustrative purposes only, do not constitute advice, and do not guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results.

By providing a testimonial or endorsement directly to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, and display it (with attribution, unless you request anonymity).

‍

8) Third-party links and resources

Links to third-party websites, platforms or resources are provided for information only. We have no control over the contents or availability of those sites or resources and are not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. We do not endorse or verify third-party content and accept no responsibility for their accuracy or legality.

‍

9) Viruses and misuse

We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your technology to access the Site and should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material, or by attacking the Site (including via denial-of-service). We may report breaches to law enforcement and cooperate with authorities.

If you upload files or other materials to us (e.g., briefs, decks, or attachments via contact forms), you must ensure they are free of malware and lawful to share. You are solely responsible for any uploads and by uploading, you indemnify us against any claim, loss, or damage caused by such uploads. We reserve the right to scan and delete uploads that appear harmful or inappropriate.

‍

10) Accessibility

We want our Site to be accessible to as many people as possible. If you experience difficulties, please email pr@turnheads.global and we will do our best to help.

‍

11) Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Site or any content on it, whether express or implied;
  • we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the Site; (ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site; (iii) any harmful code, attack or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material; or (iv) websites linked from the Site;
  • if you are a business user, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage;
  • if you are a consumer user, you agree not to use the Site for commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any business losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

‍

12) Indemnity (business users)

If you are using the Site in the course of business, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your uploads, or your infringement of any law or third-party rights.

‍

13) Events and webinars

From time to time we may run events, workshops or webinars. These may have their own supplemental terms which will apply in addition to these Terms. Where supplemental terms conflict, those event terms will take precedence.

‍

14) Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, cyberattacks, failures of telecommunications networks, or regulatory action.

‍

15) Termination / suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice if, in our reasonable opinion, you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Site, our users, or third parties. On termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease.

‍

16) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we both irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We do not represent that the Site or its content is appropriate or available outside the UK. Accessing the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited.

‍

17) General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay to exercise any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver. These Terms (together with the policies referenced above) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
