Last updated: 01 October 2025
These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms of Sale") set out the legal terms and conditions on which Turn Heads Global Ltd ("Turn Heads Global", "we", "us", or "our") supplies services, digital content, and physical goods to you ("you" or "your") via our online store located at www.turnheads.global (the "Store"). By placing an order through the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
1) Supplier Identification
Turn Heads Global Ltd (‘Turn Heads Global’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’) is a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 16537569 and registered office at 15 Foxfield Close, Northwood, England, HA6 3NU. Our contact email address for all matters relating to these Terms of Sale is pr@turnheads.global.
2) Scope of these Terms
These Terms of Sale apply to all contracts for the supply of:
- Services (including but not limited to consultations, mentorship sessions, strategy sessions, training, and other professional advisory services).
- Packages of services (including bundles of multiple consultations or mentorship sessions).
- Subscriptions (including monthly or recurring services, such as PR support or mentorship programmes).
- Digital content (including but not limited to guides, toolkits, courses, templates, lectures, affirmation cards, or other electronic resources).
- Physical goods (including but not limited to printed affirmation cards, books, merchandise, or other tangible items).
- Any other products or services that may be added to the Store from time to time.
By making a purchase, you enter into a legally binding contract with us governed by these Terms of Sale.
3) Ordering and acceptance
- Orders are placed through the Store checkout process. You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order.
- Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; our confirmation of order constitutes acceptance, at which point a binding contract is formed.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including where products or services are unavailable, there are pricing or description errors, or payment is not authorised.
4) Prices and payment
- Prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as specified at checkout.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our approved payment processors (Stripe and/or Webflow ecommerce).
- We are not responsible for delays or errors arising from third-party payment providers.
- If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without lawful grounds, we may suspend or terminate your access to services and seek recovery of amounts owed plus associated costs.
5) Delivery of services, digital content and physical goods
- Consultations and mentorship sessions will be delivered remotely via video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet) at times agreed with you.
- Packages of sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Any unused sessions after expiry are forfeited without refund.
- Subscriptions are delivered on a rolling basis and renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with Section 7.
- Digital content will be made available for download or access electronically. Content may be released immediately or after a defined delivery period. We do not warrant that digital content will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or software. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets requirements.
- Physical goods will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout using our chosen carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided. We are not liable for delays once goods are in transit or for customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions in the country of delivery.
- We will not be liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
6) Rescheduling and missed appointments
- You may reschedule a booked consultation or session provided that you give us at least 48 hours’ prior written notice.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or unattended sessions, will be treated as delivered in full and are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions for business or operational reasons, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
7) Subscriptions and auto-renewals
- Subscriptions are entered into on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us at pr@turnheads.global. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments already collected are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to vary or discontinue subscription features, pricing, and availability by giving you reasonable prior notice. If you do not accept changes, your sole remedy is to cancel.
8) Your statutory cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:
- You generally have 14 calendar days from the day after your order is accepted to cancel, unless an exception applies.
- Services: If you request that we begin providing services during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been performed in full. You remain liable to pay for services performed up to the point of cancellation.
- Digital content: If digital content is made available immediately and you consent to its supply during the 14-day period, you lose your right to cancel once download or access begins. Where content is released after a waiting period, your right to cancel continues until delivery commences.
- Physical goods: You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and must return them to us in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods. We may deduct from refunds any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- Exceptions: No right to cancel applies to personalised, customised, or once-delivered services, or to goods which are unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
9) Refunds
- Refunds are provided only where required by UK consumer law.
- Beyond statutory obligations, all sales are final and non-refundable unless we choose to offer a refund at our discretion.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
10) Intellectual property and licence for digital content
- All intellectual property rights in our services and digital content remain the property of Turn Heads Global Ltd or our licensors.
- Unless otherwise specified, digital content purchased is licensed for single-user, non-transferable, non-commercial use only.
- You must not copy, share, resell, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available digital content to any third party.
- Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may be pursued under applicable intellectual property laws.
- We make no guarantees as to specific outcomes or results from services, digital content, or subscriptions. Testimonials and case studies are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.
11) Your obligations
- You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
- You must cooperate with us to enable delivery of services, subscriptions, digital content, or physical goods.
- We shall not be responsible for failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
12) Our liability
- Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations relating to our services, digital content, and goods.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms of Sale shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, and in any 12-month period our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to us in that period.
- We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including (without limitation) loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Store, products, or services is to stop using them.
13) Complaints
- If you have a complaint, please contact us at pr@turnheadsglobal.com. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns promptly and fairly.
- Nothing in this section affects your legal right to bring a claim before the courts of England and Wales.
14) Changes to our offerings
We may add, remove, or change Store products or services at any time. Changes will not affect existing orders once accepted.
15) Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, pandemics, natural disasters, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, or governmental restrictions. If such circumstances continue for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the affected contract without liability (save for fees due for services performed up to termination).
16) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and we irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We do not represent that the Store, or its content, is appropriate or available outside the UK. Accessing from territories where it is unlawful is prohibited.
17) Entire agreement and survival
These Terms of Sale, together with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to purchases through our Store.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, governing law, and dispute resolution survive termination or expiry.
